If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we are here to Help!
We take stringent measures to deliver you products in perfect conditions. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged in transit, OR that a wrong item is delivered to you.
In all the above situations, we will replace the item, provided that the replacement/return request is placed within the stipulated time frame.
We invite you to review our policy on Returns & Refunds. The following terms are applicable on all the products purchased on our shop.
Return & Exchange Policy
- We have a 07 days Return / Exchange Policy. You can return/exchange the purchased product within 07 days from the Date of Delivery.
- Returned / Exchanged item must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
- Returned / Exchanged item must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. The item must not be used, broken or devalued in any way by you. Attach the purchase receipt along with return.
Procedure to Initiate Return/Exchange/Cancellation
- Damaged / Wrong Product: If you have received damaged product or wrong product, you will need to email us within 7 days from the Date of Delivery of the product, at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp at +91 8586003640 with your order number. We will get the product picked up from the original delivery address at our own expense.
- Size / Color Exchange Services: We provide adequate information at our website for you to choose the right Size & Color. If you still look to return/exchange product due to size or color issues, you will have to email need to email us within 7 days from the Date of Delivery of the product, at email@example.com or WhatsApp at +91 8586003640 with your order number. Further you will have to ship back the product to us, we will update with the courier address on Mail or WhatsApp. Please mention your order number & name while returning the parcel to us.
- Order Cancellation: In certain situations, when you wish to cancel your order, you will have to email us within 48 hours, at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp at +91 8586003640 with your order number. Once the order is dispatched from our location, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Once the product is picked and reach our location within tentatively 14 working days, we perform a quality check on the products and process Return/Exchange post quality check. Provided the merchandise is in unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which Return/Exchange may not be possible.
- We initiate the Refund process only when the returned/exchanged product is received at our location and has/have passed the quality check.
- Once the returned/exchanged product has passed the quality check, we shall refund the amount in Chini Namak wallet. You can avail it anytime for a purchase in the future.
