Chini Namak – Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Chini Namak, each garment is thoughtfully crafted in small batches and undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. If your purchase isn't quite right, we've made the return process simple and hassle-free.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, you'll receive Store Credit equal to the product value, minus a ₹100 reverse logistics fee.

Your Store Credit will:

Be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Be redeemable on any future purchase at Chini Namak.
Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any signs of use.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

To keep our return process efficient, we do not offer standard exchanges.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, you may do so by:

Self-shipping the original product to our warehouse.
Once the product passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item.

If the requested product is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued instead.Customers opting for self-shipping will not be charged the ₹100 reverse logistics fee. 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Images of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards and Store Credit purchases.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
Return Process
Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
Once we receive your product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
After approval, your Store Credit will be issued.

Quality inspection is typically completed within 2–3 business days of receiving the product.

Important Information
Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
Chini Namak reserves the right to decline returns that do not pass our quality inspection.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable.
