RETURNS

We offer one-time reverse pickup for eligible returns.
Log in to your account to raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. 

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected. The product must be:

Unused and unworn
Unwashed
In its original condition
Returned with all original tags intact

Once the product passes our quality check, (your refund will be issued as Chini Namak store credit, rather than to the original payment method.) bold

A ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from the refundable amount towards reverse pickup. The remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available

For certain pin codes where our courier partners do not offer a reverse pickup facility, customers who wish to return or exchange an eligible product will need to self-ship the product to us.

In such cases, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product to us. However, no ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted, and the eligible refund amount will be issued as store credit in full.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on eligible products, subject to availability.

For an exchange, the customer will need to self-ship the product back to us, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

The product must reach us in unused, unworn and original condition, with all tags intact. Once we receive and approve the returned product, we will ship the requested replacement.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate alternative or store credit, as applicable.

IMPORTANT

Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered or returned without their original tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.
