At Chini Namak, we make our clothes in small batches at our in-house manufacturing unit. This means some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made fresh once you place your order. We believe in making thoughtfully rather than overproducing, and we appreciate your patience when your piece needs a little extra time.

SHIPPING
Prepaid Orders

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
You also receive an additional 5% discount when you choose to pay online.

Cash on Delivery

COD orders attract a ₹100 COD fee, which is added to the order value at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Ready-to-ship orders: Dispatched within 3–4 working days and usually delivered within 7 days.
Made-to-order / restocking: Since our ready inventory can sell out quickly, some orders are made fresh at our in-house manufacturing unit after the order is placed. In such cases, dispatch may take approximately 10–15 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
